What’s new
- The dates are set. The convention runs from Thursday 29 July to Sunday 1 August 2027 at De Vere Wokefield Estate, near Reading.
- The organising team is coming together. Volunteers from every chapter are joining six planning teams, from programme and culture to venue, payments and communications. We’ll introduce the people behind the weekend on the Organisers page soon.
- Passes are on the way. Bali Passes are planned to go on sale in the registration app in December 2026, at one fee per pass: Full Weekend £150, Young Bali £100 and Gala only £100. Children’s places are free for now, to be confirmed.
- LelaHub opens soon. Our new online home is planned to open on 1 December 2026, with registration, the programme and the magazine in one place.

How you can help
- Volunteer. Give a few hours on the weekend, or join a planning team through your chapter. The roles are on the Get involved page.
